Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and verify contractor survey activities, setting out works, and survey control points.
  • •Ensure construction works follow approved drawings, specifications, and coordinates.
  • •Conduct field surveys and inspections to confirm alignment, levels, elevations, and dimensions.
  • •Establish and maintain survey control networks and benchmarks, and verify quantities and as-built survey information.
  • •Coordinate with Resident Engineers and inspectors to resolve site-related survey issues and support progress monitoring and verification of completed works.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 8 years of relevant surveying experience.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience on transportation, roads, highways, and utility infrastructure projects.
  • •Mandatory experience within Saudi Arabia (KSA).
  • •Strong knowledge of modern surveying techniques, GPS, Total Station, levels, and digital survey equipment.
