•Manage pre-joining and onboarding experiences for new hires across US, Canada, and international locations.
•Oversee payroll for US and Canadian employees and global team, ensuring accurate and timely payments and tax compliance.
•Maintain people policies, labor law compliance, employee handbook, and documentation in Notion.
•Manage employee expenses and reimbursements via Ramp, ensuring timely processing and accurate tracking.
•Ensure data integrity across HRIS and reporting/audit platforms, and improve HR workflows and automations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 120,000 - 150,000 annually

•Proficiency with HRIS and tools such as Rippling, Deel, Ramp, Asana, and Notion.
