  • •Own recurring communications programs for research and product priorities, progress, and upcoming milestones.
  • •Lead communications for defined projects, developing plans, gathering input, drafting content, coordinating reviews, and managing delivery.
  • •Translate complex technical and research concepts into accurate, accessible stories for employees.
  • •Build trusted relationships with researchers, product managers, engineers, and cross-functional partners to identify developments and communication needs.
  • •Write and edit content across internal channels (e.g., leadership/org updates, Slack posts, FAQs, explainers, and All Hands materials), and develop demos, deep dives, and Q&A sessions.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in internal communications, product communications, journalism, or a related field, ideally with exposure to research or technical teams.
  • •Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an emphasis on clarity and accuracy.
  • •Independently managed communications projects from planning through delivery, coordinating stakeholders and balancing deadlines.
  • •Curiosity about AI, research, and product development, and comfort asking questions until you understand a topic well enough to explain it.
  • •Ability to exercise sound judgment with sensitive information and ambiguity, knowing when to decide independently or seek guidance.
