Key Responsibilities

•Build the reporting infrastructure to support governance, management, and statutory reporting for the newly established B2B brand within Booking Holdings
•Oversee the consolidation, close, and timely reporting of accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end GAAP financial statements
•Lead accounting operations and financial controllership across multiple entities and jurisdictions globally
•Own the consolidation of more than $3 billion in global revenue and complex expense structures including allocations and bespoke metrics
•Ensure the design, documentation, and execution of internal controls meeting SOX standards and manage relationships with internal and external auditors

Key Requirements

•15+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience, with public accounting background and leadership in a $1B+ public corporation
•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
•Active CPA designation preferred
•Experience navigating complex, matrix-oriented corporations
•Proficiency with enterprise-level financial systems (e.g., Oracle EBS, SAP, Hyperion/HRM, Essbase, BlackLine, OneStream)
