Key Responsibilities

•Support the Quarry Manager with all aspects of quarry/plant operations.
•Lead teams to conduct maintenance and repairs using a work order system; spend 80% of time in the field.
•Complete and organize paperwork to manage plant production, maintenance, staffing, and safety.
•Maintain up-to-date records (inventory, zone inspections, checklists) and kit parts/tooling for maintenance projects.
•Conduct regular site inspections, manage equipment/material readiness, ensure risk assessments are completed, and adhere to DOT/OSHA/MSHA regulations.
