Key Responsibilities

  • •Champion continuous improvement strategy and align site strategy with corporate lean objectives.
  • •Lead, mentor, and develop the CI team; inspire personnel to adopt continuous improvement principles.
  • •Analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and coordinate improvement events (Kaizen, RIE, OEE, SMED, line balancing, 5S) with cross-department collaboration.
  • •Design and deliver lean training programs, identify ongoing training needs, and onboard new personnel into CI methodologies.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated expertise in lean manufacturing, ISO standards, and policy/procedure development.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause decision-making skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Power BI).
