Continuous Improvement Manager

Lead continuous improvement across the Willard site’s industrial operations by aligning lean strategy to corporate objectives, mentoring the CI team, and motivating staff to embrace continuous improvement. Drive process improvement through Kaizen and other rapid improvement events, establish standards with cross-functional partners, and design lean training programs. Manage CI project execution and performance reviews, ensuring documentation, compliance, and safety while tracking benefits and progress.
