Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end B2B client onboarding: initial engagement, contract execution, technical integration, operational readiness, and go-live.
  • •Act as the primary operational point of contact for institutional clients, representing OG Broker in client discussions and issue resolution.
  • •Coordinate contract listing, account setup, and credentialing with legal, compliance, product, and technology to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • •Identify onboarding bottlenecks, design pragmatic solutions, and drive execution from recommendation through implementation.
  • •Develop operational playbooks and documentation (SLAs, escalation paths, readiness materials) and track/report pipeline status, client health, risks, and KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in business operations, client onboarding, implementation, or strategic operations, ideally in fintech and regulated financial markets.
  • •Direct exposure to institutional clients (e.g., brokers, FCMs, introducing brokers) and experience leading multi-stakeholder rollouts for enterprise launches.
  • •Valid NFA Series 3 license required (or ability to obtain within 90 days of start date).
  • •Experience with CFTC-regulated entities and derivatives market structures (e.g., CME, derivatives exchanges, clearing houses, futures commission merchants).
  • •Strong analytical, systems-oriented mindset with project management discipline to diagnose problems and design scalable operating models.
