Key Responsibilities

•Run client engagements from start to finish, including planning, executing, directing, and completing tax projects and managing to budget
•Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns on tax projects and assess staff performance for engagement reviews
•Deliver a full range of State & Local Tax services including tax return preparation and review, tax research, and drafting client correspondence
•Review tax returns prepared by staff and provide recommendations for accuracy and tax savings
•Conduct multi-disciplinary, multi-state reviews to optimize filing options, exemptions, credits, and corporate structures to reduce client tax burden

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 101,200 - 1,290,300

•Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
•Minimum 2-6 years of progressive tax compliance and/or tax consulting
•CPA, JD, or Certified Member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation preferred
