Key Responsibilities

  • •Run client engagements from start to finish, including planning, executing, directing, and completing tax projects and managing to budget
  • •Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns on tax projects and assess staff performance for engagement reviews
  • •Deliver a full range of State & Local Tax services including tax return preparation and review, tax research, and drafting client correspondence
  • •Review tax returns prepared by staff and provide recommendations for accuracy and tax savings
  • •Conduct multi-disciplinary, multi-state reviews to optimize filing options, exemptions, credits, and corporate structures to reduce client tax burden
