Handle and supervise complex, litigated commercial general liability and property claims from investigation through resolution. Negotiate and settle large exposure matters, interpret coverage and policy contract terms, and maintain reserves, payments, and claim ratios. Prepare written status and large loss reports, present key updates to clients, and direct defense counsel strategy. Apply relevant case law, statutory law, and DOI regulations while meeting critical deadlines.
