Job Summary

Lead quality management activities for a growing commercial engine program, aligning with the voice of the customer across teams and suppliers. Use PPAP core elements (PFMEA, MSA, process flows, and control plans) to identify risks and propose mitigations, maintain quality metrics and customer scorecards, and ensure corrective actions are effective. Support CIPT with targets for safety, performance, quality/manufacturability, reliability, and service life.

Key Responsibilities

•Communicate the ‘voice of the customer’ externally and internally in decisions affecting quality and performance.
•Define and establish quality and process improvements with functional groups.
•Use PPAP core elements (PFMEA, MSA, process flow and control plans) to identify risks and propose mitigation solutions.
•Maintain quality metrics and reports, including customer scorecards and corrective actions, and publish weekly and monthly quality reports.
•Identify production and delivery risks and ensure implementation of effective RCCA; support CIPT on targets for product safety, performance, quality/manufacturability, reliability, and service life.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or quality field (or equivalent experience) with minimum 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 5 years experience.
•Travel required (domestic and international) up to 15%.
•Strong project management skills.
•Knowledge of the P&W Quality Management System.
•Working knowledge of complex engine component and assemblies.
