Provide an outstanding consumer experience by suggesting looks aligned with trends and current promotions, and promoting the Levi’s omni experience through the Red Tab Loyalty program. Resolve customer concerns in line with company policy, partner with store management on escalated issues, and efficiently handle cash and merchandise operations including shipment processing, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment. Ensure compliance with Levi’s Stores policies, procedures, and direction from store management.
