Key Responsibilities

•Lead the preparation, analysis, and reporting of financial results, clearly articulating key performance drivers, trends, and implications for the business.
•Partner with business leaders as a strategic advisor, providing actionable insights and recommendations to inform decision-making and drive improved financial performance.
•Own the design, development, and ongoing enhancement of client, program, and distribution profitability dashboards and related reporting.
•Consolidate and synthesize information from multiple financial systems and databases to deliver clear, management-ready analyses and recommendations.
•Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes; oversee preparation of the monthly forecast and annual budget, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with strategic and financial objectives.
