Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and scale processes and tooling that make regulated work lighter for Corporate experts and faster for the teams that request support.
  • •Identify painful end-to-end workflows, redesign them to remove friction, and continuously improve them based on how teams use the new solutions.
  • •Design compliance-forward solutions that keep Alan compliant while maintaining speed as the company grows.
  • •Set clear goals and measure outcomes for what you ship, ensuring changes make life easier for both stakeholders and internal customers.
  • •Work within Corporate to improve regulated development as Alan scales across countries and products.

Key Requirements

  • •You have built solutions people keep using, turning manual repetitive work into automated or self-serve flows using no-code, low-code, and AI tools.
  • •You are drawn to regulated work and want to understand why compliance processes exist and where they create friction, ramping quickly on a new domain.
  • •You have professional-level proficiency in French and English.
  • •You can operate with a builder mindset: move fast, prioritize ruthlessly, test as you go, and collaborate to ship.
