Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle equipment, assemble products, and help maintain seamless production flow.
  • •Prioritise safety and follow GMP/HACCP, Food Safety, and Food Defense requirements.
  • •Monitor and execute proper functions of process equipment, including fixing equipment and supporting operations.
  • •Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot the processing computer control system during runs.
  • •Perform cleaning/maintenance activities, execute disassembly/assembly of machinery, and complete accurate batch records, documentation, and product testing records.

Key Requirements

  • •At least NITEC/Diploma in a related discipline or GCE N/O/A Level (sciences, technical, health-related, food manufacturing, etc.).
  • •Close attention to detail with experience completing detailed documentation of tasks performed.
  • •Proven ability to follow up and complete tasks in a timely manner.
  • •Strong problem-solving skills.
  • •Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
