Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze deal economics for standard and non-standard agreements, including pricing, discounting, term length, usage commitments, and gross margin impact.
  • •Partner with Sales to structure commercially sound deals by evaluating tradeoffs across price, volume, and risk within Twilio’s financial guardrails.
  • •Build, maintain, and review financial models and pricing scenarios to support non-standard deal requests and leadership approvals.
  • •Own the end-to-end Deal Desk workflow in Salesforce/CPQ—from quote building and pricing approvals through Order Form creation, DocuSign execution, and opportunity closure—ensuring data integrity and policy compliance.
  • •Establish relationships across Commercial Legal, Billing Operations, Corporate Finance, and Sales to streamline deal velocity and educate GTM teams on contracting policies and discount governance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree plus 2+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance, or an analytical GTM/Deal Desk role (or 4+ years relevant analytical experience if no degree).
  • •Strong analytical and financial skills, including the ability to explain financial tradeoffs clearly.
  • •Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, including building intermediate financial models and scenario analyses.
  • •Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple high-velocity requests while staying highly organized under tight deadlines.
  • •Self-starter with a can-do attitude, comfortable asking clarifying questions and operating with high integrity.
