Key Responsibilities

•Maintain partner account plans and lead generation with partners; manage sales funnel and convert leads into joint activities.
•Negotiate terms and conditions with partners and tailor solutions to align with client requirements.
•Build and maintain relationships with partners at various levels, including senior executives, to align business goals.
•Collaborate with partners to customize products and services to meet customer needs and expand joint offerings.
•Train partners on latest products, services, and industry trends to ensure effective representation.

Key Requirements

•Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline or commensurate work experience
•Typically 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in enterprise selling, channel & alliance, or related field (or 3-5 years with advanced degree)
•Proven ability to manage partner relationships and conduct contract negotiations
•Experience with account management, sales processes, and Salesforce
•Strong communication, training, and presentation skills
