Lead systems engineering efforts for missile programs, updating and maintaining requirements, architecture, and verification across development and production. Key Responsibilities

•Update, maintain, and improve requirements and requirements documentation for development and production efforts, including but not limited to software and hardware subsystems
•Create and manage systems architecture, requirements, interface definitions and description documents, system integration, and system verification using Cameo by collaborating with multiple product team leads and SMEs
•Participate in technical conversations with the customer
•Work with suppliers and the Supply Chain organization for procured items managed through the role of REA
•Lead verification and validation efforts, ensuring all requirements are being assessed during Verification and Qualification testing

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 107,500 - 204,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM discipline and a minimum of 8 years of related experience
•Experience with software, firmware or configurable logic, hardware, integration and/or test
•Experience in MBSE, requirements development and verification, CONOPS, system architecture and verification planning
•Strong collaboration with cross‑functional teams and customers; ability to mentor engineers
•U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain security clearance
