Key Responsibilities

  • •Update, maintain, and improve requirements and requirements documentation for development and production efforts, including but not limited to software and hardware subsystems
  • •Create and manage systems architecture, requirements, interface definitions and description documents, system integration, and system verification using Cameo by collaborating with multiple product team leads and SMEs
  • •Participate in technical conversations with the customer
  • •Work with suppliers and the Supply Chain organization for procured items managed through the role of REA
  • •Lead verification and validation efforts, ensuring all requirements are being assessed during Verification and Qualification testing

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 107,500 - 204,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM discipline and a minimum of 8 years of related experience
  • •Experience with software, firmware or configurable logic, hardware, integration and/or test
  • •Experience in MBSE, requirements development and verification, CONOPS, system architecture and verification planning
  • •Strong collaboration with cross‑functional teams and customers; ability to mentor engineers
  • •U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain security clearance
