Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide application support for DC/DC switching regulators and buck converters.
  • •Answer customer questions and support design-in activities for released products, including forum/email support and schematic/layout reviews.
  • •Debug customer problems by re-creating issues using evaluation boards and/or customer boards; provide on-site support when required.
  • •Design EVM and internal evaluation boards and prepare user guides, test procedures, and EVM board releases for customer use.
  • •Perform bench characterization and new silicon testing from an application perspective, including destructive testing, while partnering with systems engineers on early design activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, ECE, or a related field.
  • •2–5 years of relevant experience in power electronics, preferably DC/DC converters.
  • •Experience in applications support for analog products such as switching regulators.
  • •Solid hardware debugging skills with the ability to produce high-quality technical documentation.
  • •Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional stakeholders and drive for results.
