Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform complex, unclearly defined engineering assignments and guide development of new policies and ideas
  • •Oversee the implementation and manage all phases of significant projects
  • •Establish and review test procedures and support application of new technologies, materials, and equipment
  • •Identify and implement long-term strategic and tactical plans to meet company objectives
  • •Mentor, train, and develop less experienced engineers and technicians; communicate recommendations to senior management

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology and at least 10 years of job-relevant experience
