Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and configure needed services across various third-party applications.
  • •Gather, document, communicate, and prioritize business and technical requirements for external product offerings and new projects.
  • •Review project status, set deadlines, manage schedules, and prepare status reports.

Key Requirements

  • •BS in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • •Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for integrations.
  • •Experience with APIs, cloud networking, and tools to test/troubleshoot API issues across the software development lifecycle.
