Job Summary

Lead the international HEOR strategy to generate health economics and outcomes research evidence that secures timely, sustainable patient access. Oversee HTA submissions, value dossiers, and real-world evidence studies across multiple markets, aligning HEOR priorities with clinical value, launch timelines, and market access strategy. Partner with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Commercial, and Launch Excellence stakeholders, manage vendors and non-interventional studies, and engage HTA/payer bodies to support reimbursement dossiers.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and lead the international HEOR strategy to align with market access and launch objectives across therapeutic areas.
•Design and oversee non-interventional studies, including registries and real-world evidence generation, from protocol development through publication.
•Lead early payer engagement with key HTA/payer bodies to inform evidence generation strategy and reimbursement dossier development.
•Collaborate with Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Commercial colleagues to optimize value and access across international launches.
•Provide health economic modeling and outcomes research expertise to support pricing and reimbursement strategy; manage external vendors, budgets, and contracts for HEOR studies.

Key Requirements

•Graduate degree in health economics, epidemiology, health services research, or related public health field (PhD preferred), plus 9+ years of experience with an MSc/MPH or 7+ years with a PhD in HEOR or related fields.
•Extensive experience leading HTA submissions and pricing negotiations across multiple international markets, ideally including Europe, in rare diseases and orphan conditions.
•Direct experience engaging with HTA organizations such as NICE, CADTH, PBAC, HAS, IQWiG/G-BA, and ICER.
•In-depth understanding of health economic modeling, patient-reported outcomes, statistics, and real-world evidence studies, including registries and observational study design, implementation, analysis, and interpretation.
•Ability to independently manage complex, multicultural, cross-functional teams and non-interventional study projects internationally.
