Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement airplay and exposure strategies for SMN artists.
  • •Liaise between marketing, promotion, and commercial partnerships to implement campaigns that enhance awareness and drive consumption.
  • •Plan and execute department events, including artist showcases, radio meetings and summits, conferences, and award show-related happenings.
  • •Maintain artist and team calendars and provide occasional travel support for show coverage, on-site promotions, interviews, and artist meet-n-greets.
  • •Solicit, compile, capture, edit, transcribe, and deliver content for national radio and marketing partners, including digital audio/video post-production editing and interview/liner/phoner collaborations.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience working with artists and/or management with working knowledge of the music industry and/or country radio promotion.
  • •Create and produce/edit entertainment content in audio and video formats.
  • •Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe suite (Premiere and Audition).
  • •Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and results-driven execution.
