Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and control project budgets with ongoing cost reviews and trend assessments.
  • •Advise on value engineering and cost optimization strategies to keep projects within budget.
  • •Coordinate variations, manage change orders, and evaluate client changes and contra charges.
  • •Review and approve contractor invoices, prepare interim payment certificates, and oversee settlement of final accounts.
  • •Attend cost meetings and produce clear monthly cost reports while delivering cost advisory services and support for bidding as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • •In-depth knowledge of Dutch cost management practices and the local market.
  • •Fluency in English and Dutch is preferred.
  • •High degree of accuracy and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • •Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and MS Project.
