•Verify test requisitions by comparing information with orders and requisition documentation; escalate discrepancies to product management leadership.
•Verify patient identity and obtain blood specimens via venipuncture or finger sticks while maintaining specimen integrity.
•Maintain quality results and tracking by following procedures, recording results, and reporting KPIs to product management on a biweekly basis.
•Manage phlebotomy program operations at the PSC, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and oversee vendor relationships and scheduling.
•Ensure compliance with HIPAA/PHI privacy, training requirements, and state regulations; manage communications regarding draw statuses.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 5 years of phlebotomy experience.

•Previous financial and budgetary experience preferred.
•Bilingual language skills preferred.
