•Drive results by providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
•Perform makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu while staying informed about trends and product knowledge to educate clients.
•Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards by keeping licenses active and following health and safety protocols.
•Foster inclusiveness and teamwork to promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
•Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and creating a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience for all.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 21.75 - 24.88 hourly

Key Requirements

•An active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where the services are being performed.
•1-3 years' experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
•Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
•Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
•Team player who thrives in a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.
