Key Responsibilities

•Oversee fire door inspection findings, remedial programmes and compliance activities, prioritising actions and mitigating risks.
•Manage end-to-end remedial process, coordinating with supply chain to raise, programme and complete works to contractual standards.
•Act as main point of contact for fire compliance across the area, advising stakeholders and delivery teams.
•Monitor budgets, review supplier performance and drive continuous improvement in processes and service delivery.
•Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with legislation and company procedures across the contract.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 38,000 - 42,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Proven experience managing fire compliance activities, building maintenance, or facilities management in a regulated environment.
•Hold relevant fire qualifications, including Fire Door Inspection and Passive Fire experience.
•Experience managing contractors, coordinating multiple workstreams and overseeing service delivery.
•Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across levels.
•Commercial awareness with experience monitoring performance, budgets and supplier performance; CAFM/Maximo familiarity is advantageous.
