Key Responsibilities

  • •Own KIP (Kodex Identity Provider) end-to-end as the identity foundation powering sign-on across Kodex products.
  • •Drive the MCP roadmap, defining the next wave of use cases and integration points and how MCP interacts with APIs and AI agent workflows.
  • •Design bi-directional API strategy, prioritizing customer requests (e.g., Meta, Apple) and aligning internal teams on delivery.
  • •Shape platform infrastructure decisions including Nitro Enclave data model, compliance readiness (FedRAMP), and how new capabilities plug into the platform.
  • •Drive internal-team adoption by setting a go-to-market approach for the platform and translating customer voice into platform capabilities.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of product management or technical program management experience in enterprise B2B SaaS with senior-tier ownership at established platform companies.
  • •Platform, API, identity, or integrations background, including ownership of developer-facing APIs, identity providers/SSO, RBAC, or equivalent platform work.
  • •Technical fluency to partner with engineering leadership on architectural tradeoffs, prioritization, and design decisions.
  • •Experience in sensitive-data domains such as fintech, security, health tech, compliance, or similar enterprise categories.
  • •Comfort driving cross-functional alignment with engineering leadership and translating dependencies into clear plans.
