Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain staffing demand models across 50+ programs, integrating multiple systems into a single source of truth used by leadership
•Produce gap analyses at the program × dept × team level to quantify which disciplines are short and how long to close gaps
•Track the full staffing funnel from Hiring to Staffing to Billing, identifying breakdowns and owners of fixes
•Validate demand against Finance forecasts and flag misalignments before escalation to leadership
•Create executive-facing deliverables that convert ambiguous leadership questions into quantified, time-bound answers

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 112,000 - 149,000 annually

•2+ years of experience in workforce planning, operations, or Finance
•proven ability to manipulate data and build quantitative models independently
•experience at a high-growth technology company or in a high-growth environment
•ability to produce executive-facing outputs and timelines without intermediaries
•eligibility to hold a US Top Secret clearance
