Key Responsibilities

•Be a trusted advisor to clients, conduct personalized consultations, educate on diamond education and company policies, and guide them to close sales.
•Maintain a calendar of virtual and in-person appointments, manage leads, and nurture customer relationships to contribute to growth.
•Collaborate with showroom and virtual sales teams on clienteling and custom design projects to deliver first-in-class service.
•Coordinate with larger sales, marketing, and product teams on product launches, events, activations, and influencer hosting.
•Share customer trends and product feedback to continuously improve the customer experience and showroom performance.

Key Requirements

•Proven ability to close sales in a high-volume e-commerce or retail environment with a mandatory history of selling diamonds
•Strong jewelry industry background; Certified Gemologist candidates are highly preferred
•Independent, motivated, well-organized with exceptional writing and interpersonal communication skills
•Compassionate, positive, patient and tech-savvy personality
•Available to work every Saturday and Sunday (non-traditional schedule)
