Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement data pipelines, pre-processing workflows, and feature engineering strategies for ML applications.
  • •Develop and deploy machine learning services in secure, containerized environments.
  • •Collaborate with product managers, full-stack developers, platform engineers, and mission stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights and decision-support tools.
  • •Participate in agile development processes emphasizing reproducibility, testing, and continuous delivery.
  • •Validate data quality and model performance, and contribute to technical documentation and communication for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in applied data science, machine learning engineering, or data pipeline development.
  • •Proficient in Python, SQL, and distributed data frameworks (e.g., Spark, Databricks, PySpark).
  • •Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent) with related experience; education details: 3+ years experience for degree alternatives.
  • •Experience developing ML models from training to deployment using standard tools/libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, XGBoost, MLflow).
  • •Familiarity with MLOps, API development, and secure cloud-based environments (AWS/Azure/Palantir Foundry).
