Key Responsibilities

•Realisation du Master Plan USINE 10 ans en réalisant la définition de fonction, l’appel d’offre et le travail en partenariat avec un cabinet de conseil (durée estimée 1 à 2 ans)
•La revue, l’alignement et le choix d’option avec la Direction Usine et Direction RECKITT Groupe
•L’estimation budgétaire des investissements identifiés et le phasing de la transformation
•Leader les études nécessaires au dimensionnement des solutions (Etude de Flux, Etude Terrain et Extension, études Charges/ Capacité Producteurs Utilités, ..)
•Participer à la définition des attentes usine en étroite collaboration avec les services Supply Chain, Marketing, R&D et Packaging du groupe en établissant les spécifications techniques puis élaborer les cahiers des charges correspondants

Key Requirements

•Mechanical engineering specialist with project management experience; at least 5 years as a Project Manager in cosmetics/pharmaceuticals or chemical industries
•Active, with good analytical capacity
•Leadership and strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders
•AutoCAD basics and ability to analyze machine programs
•Willingness to communicate with group or suppliers in English
