Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the programme controls function, monitoring accuracy and consistency of plans, cost, safety, environment, and performance reporting.
  • •Establish effective control processes in compliance with GRIP and maintain them at territory/project level.
  • •Review new project proposals/remits and monitor development of realistic, resourceable delivery plans.
  • •Provide an efficient day-to-day reporting service to programme and project managers on plans, costs, safety, environment, and performance.
  • •Monitor that data entered by project teams meets required data standards and manage production of the Investment Plan as part of the Business Planning Process.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience performing, monitoring, and reviewing planning and scheduling functions, including schedule development, control, and analysis.
  • •Proficiency with Primavera (P6) and Microsoft Office applications.
  • •Degree qualified in a construction-related subject.
  • •Intermediate knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and start-up work processes.
  • •Skilled in oral and written communication.
