Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow SOPs to build sub-assemblies and assemblies for power distribution equipment.
  • •Use heavy industrial equipment (including cranes) plus gauges, fixtures, hand tools, and power tools to assemble, adjust, or repair products.
  • •Conduct visual inspections of materials before and after assembly and inspect completed assemblies for quality compliance.
  • •Adhere to company environmental, health, and safety rules and provide process and safety improvement ideas.
  • •Ensure machines and tools are properly calibrated and perform housekeeping duties using 5S+ principles.
