Key Responsibilities

  • •Support product and UX teams in day-to-day operations, including keeping product backlogs organized and up to date.
  • •Assist with data quality, tracking, and reporting, including first-line data checks in Forecast and draft capacity, resource and budget overviews.
  • •Help coordinate sprints by sending reminders, tracking actions and dependencies, and supporting meeting preparation.
  • •Contribute to onboarding and internal communication for UX/product topics, maintaining SharePoint, Teams, and Marketplace pages.
  • •Support community and content initiatives by helping assemble internal UX/product community newsletters and other communication materials.

Key Requirements

  • •Current enrolment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Business, Information Systems, Digital Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • •Strong interest in digital products, UX, agile ways of working and/or AI initiatives.
  • •Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic reporting (e.g., Excel).
  • •Fluent in English (written and spoken), with any additional language a plus.
  • •Available part-time from October at the office in Barcelona for a 6-month internship.
