Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with planning and coordination of subcontractor activities within the assigned area of responsibility.
  • •Monitor subcontractor personnel to ensure adherence to project plans and promote quality control of installations.
  • •Assist in overseeing construction crafts/trades within an assigned area of responsibility.
  • •Maintain up-to-date project information using document control systems and project management systems, including updating drawings, RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes.
  • •When requested, interface with client, architect, and design professionals to ensure compliance to design intent and client satisfaction.
