Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead complex, cross-functional Physical AI and software programs from business case through proof of concept, development, testing, customer deployment, productization, and launch.
  • •Translate strategic priorities into roadmaps, milestones, ownership, and execution plans while driving cross-team prioritization and alignment.
  • •Connect programs and teams to identify dependencies, risks, and gaps early and drive timely decisions and resolutions.
  • •Own program and portfolio financial management, including budget planning, forecasting, resource planning, cost tracking, and financial performance with Finance and functional leaders.
  • •Provide leadership and oversight across the UX portfolio and partner with AI, Engineering, Product Management, UX, Operations, Finance, and Sales to deliver high-quality customer solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics) from an accredited institution.
  • •10+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering, software/product development, or related technology fields.
  • •7+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs and/or teams.
  • •Significant experience managing large-scale technology or product-development programs, including program financial management (budgets, forecasting, resource planning, and cost management).
  • •Experience with AI/ML, industrial software or automation/IoT/connected products, plus PMP or equivalent program-management certification.
