•Serve as the primary analytics partner for the monthly S&OP cycle, including demand velocity analysis and placed vs. fulfilled comparisons.
•Analyze logistics data to identify cost drivers and service trade-offs, recommending process improvements to improve efficiency and performance.
•Investigate shipping delays, customs issues, and inventory discrepancies to identify root causes and provide actionable recommendations.
•Build, maintain, and ensure accurate, reliable data and trusted metric definitions within the semantic layer and scalable solutions.
•Manage multiple priorities with limited oversight, proactively communicate risks/timelines, represent Analytics on cross-functional logistics initiatives, and measure impact.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 125,000 annually

•Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.
•Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Sigma, Hex or similar).
•Experience with modern data warehouses and analytics workflows (e.g., Snowflake, dbt) is a plus.
•High intellectual curiosity and a self-starting mindset in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
