Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide metallurgical guidance and conduct production support test work where required to improve plant performance.
  • •Perform metallurgical measurements in the plant and ensure metallurgical KPIs are available, reported, and analyzed daily.
  • •Identify, analyze, troubleshoot, and develop solutions for emergent problems and opportunities.
  • •Lead identification, detailed planning, and execution of metallurgical projects to optimize process plant performance.
  • •Maintain HSE standards and provide technical support/troubleshooting to the operations team to achieve plant production targets.

Key Requirements

  • •1–2 years’ experience in mineral processing is preferred but not essential.
  • •Nickel flotation and talc removal circuit experience is advantageous.
  • •Degree in extractive metallurgy, mineral processing, or related field.
  • •Full grade twelve (G12) certificate.
  • •Basic health and safety knowledge including job safety analysis.
