Operate and maintain index stretch, blow mold, and support equipment to ensure high-quality production output. Serve as a primary point of contact, performing equipment processing adjustments, preventative maintenance, and changeovers on a 12-hour, 2-2-3 schedule. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic controls using schematics, lockout/tagout procedures, and manuals, while following safety, GMP, and quality standards and coordinating with internal teams.

•Follow safety rules and guidelines, communicate hazards, and use required PPE.
•Complete clean room training and maintain compliance at all times.
•Observe and ensure proper operation of production/packaging/mechanical equipment across electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
•Troubleshoot, dismantle using lockout/tagout, repair/replace defective parts, and perform preventative maintenance and changeovers.
•Inspect products for quality defects, perform routine quality checks, maintain housekeeping/GMP, and communicate with internal departments.
