•Actively contribute to achieving store objectives (budget and targets) by adapting to strategic changes and new action plans from managers.
•Restock and manage inventory and deliveries; collaborate with team to maintain store operations.

Key Requirements

•Experience in similar roles (Sales Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant) ideally in multinational retail environments.
•Knowledge of key retail KPIs and how they relate to store performance.
•Empathy, dynamism, and a strong ability to work in a team.
•Result-oriented mindset with ability to adapt to changing strategies and action plans.
•Strong customer service and communication skills with a passion for beauty and helping clients choose the right products.
