Job Summary

Lead end-to-end implementation and delivery for Skydio’s Law Enforcement customers as a key member of the Mission Success team. Serve as the liaison with Chicago Police Department while owning project planning, technical execution, risk management, budgeting, performance improvements, and scheduling. Translate customer requirements into agile product and technical execution across engineering teams, manage program dependencies, and support contract delivery and go-to-market activities.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead implementation and delivery for Law Enforcement customer contracts, including project planning, technical execution, risk management, problem-solving, budgeting, performance improvements, and scheduling.
•Plan and design end-to-end project deployment and integration activities to ensure successful platform launch and operational success while managing cost, schedule, and technical requirements.
•Translate customer requirements into Skydio’s agile product and technical teams to drive development and delivery execution.
•Establish and maintain relationships with the law enforcement customer and work closely with engineering to build and drive milestone plans.
•Provide program leadership updates to business and program leaders on contract risks and opportunities, supporting coordinated delivery across the program.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 145,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Experience as a customer-facing professional services/program manager or in a similar complex, multifaceted role, preferably for law enforcement agencies.
•Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leaders, plus strong focus on project management tools and concepts.
•Proven track record implementing new technology and agile development while interfacing with technical teams to meet customer schedules.
•Experience implementing internal business systems, processes, and controls (hardware, software, operations) to manage large-scale law enforcement customer projects.
•Experience with Law Enforcement and commercial Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), including related software development and federal program management (technology assessments, systems design/analysis, acquisition and budget planning).
