Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in ATI’s Richburg, SC Finishing Department to help ensure production goals are met.
  • •Perform assigned finishing jobs including Straightener Operator, Peeler Operator, Grinder Operator, Mark and Pack, Saw Operator, and Crane Operator.
  • •Use measuring devices (gauges, meters, calipers, and measuring tapes) to support accurate work.
  • •Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts and cranes.
  • •Follow mill instructions and prescribed safety rules, including heat-treating furnace operation to heat treat bar and coil products and adjust for non-conformances.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED.
  • •At least one (1) year of manufacturing experience.
  • •Ability to read a tape measure.
  • •Basic math skills and basic computer skills.
  • •Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
