Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage shift production to achieve safety, quality, service, waste, productivity, and culture goals by leading people and overseeing systems, equipment, materials, and schedules.
  • •Serve as a safety leader in coordination with the EHS Manager; support EHS programs, audits, GEMBAs, incident investigations, and continuous improvement.
  • •Monitor product conformance, investigate when production standards are not met, and analyze production information using the production dashboard and SAP.
  • •Supervise and develop employees: manage timecards/time-off requests, ensure training is current, conduct performance reviews, and apply disciplinary processes consistently.
  • •Evaluate equipment and material problems and partner with Maintenance and Process Engineering to resolve issues; champion continuous improvement initiatives and sustain gains.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in operations, production supervision, quality, maintenance, or related experience (or equivalent totaling 5+ years).
  • •Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Strong communication skills and a leadership style that supports team involvement and continuous improvement.
  • •Computer proficiency (MS Office Suite preferred) and SAP experience is a plus.
  • •Ability to solve problems using data, handle conflict, and make effective decisions under pressure.
