Job Summary

Assist the design team across the product development lifecycle, creating and passing accurate product specifications from concept through production for seasonal handbag and apparel items. Collaborate with Design, Product Development, and Merchandising to meet shifting proto and bulk pass-off deadlines, maintain digital standards libraries, support post-market sample review, and help ensure specs are consistent across factories and seasons. Use Illustrator/Photoshop and CAD as needed to support artwork and spec updates.

Key Responsibilities

•Work with Design, Product Development, and Merchandising teams to understand deliverables and meet deadlines for product specs from concept through production.
•Support proto rounds by collaborating with designers and self-checking sketches and dimensions to ensure spec accuracy.
•Assist with final bulk pass off by helping update and correct product specs for the season and ensuring design-approved changes after market.
•Help maintain consistency of product specs across all factories and seasons, and support review/correction of post-market samples.
•Assist in creating and maintaining digital design detail and standards libraries, and support CAD/artwork creation in Illustrator and Photoshop as needed.
