Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and support a team of maintenance technicians and electricians
  • •Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including 3-phase power, motors, VFDs, PLCs, control panels and instrumentation
  • •Maintain and improve critical production equipment and facility systems (electrical distribution and HVAC)
  • •Plan and execute preventive maintenance and drive reliability improvements; lead root cause analysis to reduce downtime
  • •Ensure compliance with LOTO, OSHA, and NFPA 70E safety standards and manage CMMS work orders
