Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and support Agile teams within the value stream to deliver aligned, high-paced, sustainable outcomes against OKRs.
  • •Ensure execution of product vision by partnering with Product Owners to prioritise and define delivery constructs for the value stream.
  • •Lead go-to-market change delivery planning with Markets, including run-ahead activities and change & implementation.
  • •Manage value stream delivery risks, dependencies across value streams/enablers, and resolve issues to keep delivery at pace with minimal escalations.
  • •Own value stream budget and financial management, deliver OKR/QBR reporting (with increasing self-serve focus), lead vendor onboarding, and manage change management approvals and business QA/UAT timelines.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience leading teams by developing capability and managing performance.
  • •8–10 years of experience with Agile & Lean frameworks, a Change Management Framework, and Project Management.
  • •10+ years of professional experience in a large global organisation (ideally within Transformation, IT, or shared services).
  • •Strong stakeholder and relationship management, including regional work across time zones/geographies and remote teams.
  • •Fluent English (C1), highly self-motivated, able to work independently under pressure in fast-paced environments.
