Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete full heat pump system installs from start to finish, including removal of existing gas furnaces and air conditioning equipment and leaving the space clean and ready.
  • •Perform refrigerant recovery, system evacuation, and proper charging with care and precision.
  • •Read blueprints and wiring diagrams to execute installs accurately and troubleshoot confidently.
  • •Stay current on local building codes and ensure each job is compliant before wrap-up.
  • •Deliver a standout customer experience by answering questions clearly and addressing concerns on the spot, while catching quality issues early and speaking up when corrections are needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Solid hands-on residential HVAC install experience, including working in attics and crawlspaces and handling physically demanding environments.
