2nd Shift Supervisor

Oversee the production operation for multiple departments and shifts, driving cost, profit, and output goals. Lead and motivate employee teams, coach and counsel staff, and evaluate performance while ensuring compliance with UFP policies and applicable law. Manage department inventory and reports, support continuous improvement and safety initiatives, and participate in the Safety Committee. If assigned to treating areas, follow hazardous material handling procedures and may assist by operating a forklift.
