Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the engineering function for a major FPSO project to align with client requirements, project objectives, and Wood execution strategies.
  • •Act as the primary engineering focal point between Wood, client representatives, partners, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.
  • •Coordinate development of engineering execution plans, workshare strategies, resource plans, schedules, and engineering cost estimates for bid submissions.
  • •Ensure technical solutions are safe, operable, constructible, maintainable, and aligned with project performance requirements.
  • •Lead multi-discipline engineering teams and coordinate FPSO module integration, interfaces, and inputs supporting bid deliverables, including proposal preparation and bid support activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • •Minimum 15 years' experience in Oil & Gas, Offshore Energy, LNG, or Floating Production projects.
  • •Extensive experience delivering FPSO projects through Concept, FEED, EPC/EPCI, Commissioning, and Start-up phases.
  • •Previous experience as Project Engineering Manager, Engineering Manager, Lead Engineering Manager, or similar leadership on major offshore developments.
  • •Demonstrated ability leading multi-discipline engineering teams and managing technical risk and interfaces across complex offshore developments.
