Key Responsibilities

  • •Own inventory accuracy, timely issue resolution, and disciplined month-end close execution.
  • •Develop VBA and analytics-driven automation for FE unit inventory to reduce manual effort and strengthen controls.
  • •Perform inventory accounting and standard costing support for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
  • •Analyze and explain monthly changes in standard cost forecasts, inventory drivers, and manufacturing variances.
  • •Support period-end close activities including reconciliations, reserves, and forecast-to-actual analysis, plus forecast reviews and performance tracking.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline, with experience in inventory accounting, manufacturing finance, or financial analytics.
  • •Demonstrated experience in inventory accounting within a manufacturing environment.
  • •Advanced Power BI skills including data modeling, reporting, and automation.
  • •Strong VBA and Excel automation experience to improve efficiency and data reliability.
  • •Familiarity with Impact ECS, SAP, and financial reporting/planning tools (e.g., TM1, Power BI, Adaptive Insights).
